Congratulations to the graduates of the Class of 2014 ½!

On 4 February 2015 LUC The Hague celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2014 ½. The event started with a reception where family and friends were welcomed to the LUC The Hague college building. At 15.30 all guests were requested to take their seats to watch the procession of LUC faculty and graduates that started of the ceremony.

Prof. Dr. Jos Schaeken, the Dean of LUC The Hague, gave all guests a warm welcome. Each graduate received a warm round of applause upon entering the stage where they received their degree from the Dean and were individually addressed and congratulated by their tutor.

Class representative Madeleine McMurray delivered a dashing and spot-on speech about love, life and kindness. Luc van der Stegen, board member of “Evolucio” welcomed the new batch of graduates into the LUC alumni association. The graduates themselves had prepared a video marking their best moments together and sharing their feelings on capstones, numeracy and deadlines. After throwing their caps up in the air and taking countless photos with families and friends The Class of 2014 ½ enjoyed their last LUC reception hosted by AkBar.
